Angel Zamora Moreno, 26, is accused of stabbing a bystander, stealing cars, and hitting other drivers with the stolen vehicles.
It all started on Tuesday morning at approximately 7:15 a.m. when a driver got into a fight, stabbed a witness, stole cars, and hit other drivers after a wreck on I-635 in Dallas during morning rush hour.
Three people were taken to the hospital after the incident, and there was heavy traffic back-up. The Texas Department of Transportation reported that the vehicle had blocked two lanes on the shoulder and westbound lanes at Forest Lane. The wreck was eventually cleared around 11:30 a.m.

The suspect in the collision, according to the authorities, started fighting with another driver. The culprit then stabbed the other driver who was trying to break up the brawl.
The suspect got into the employee’s car, struck the worker, and caused another accident when the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) employee saw the incident and attempted to assist.
Upon stepping out of the car, the suspect was held down by many individuals until the police could come. After that, the suspect was captured. The 26-year-old Angel Zamora Moreno is accused of several charges of aggravated assault for hitting other drivers with stolen vehicles, stabbing a bystander, and stealing cars. The other two victims were labeled as critical, while the driver who was attacked by the perpetrator was listed in stable condition.
