The tragic incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon, marking a significant moment in the ongoing struggle with violence in the area.

According to the coroner’s report, the shooting took place around 4 p.m. when multiple shots were fired from a passing vehicle into the SUV that Moretti was driving.
