The incident occurred early on Monday, August 26, around 5:15 a.m., in the 3300 block of Hull Street Road, an area known for its heavy traffic and frequent pedestrian activity.
According to Richmond Police, emergency responders arrived at the scene shortly after the accident was reported. Stanberry was found lying unresponsive in the roadway.
