Cindy Sandidge Brookhaven MA Death – The beloved member of the Brookhaven community, Cindy Sandidge, passed away on August 26, 2024, following a valiant and protracted fight with cervical cancer. Her passing is being mourned by the town.
Many lives were impacted by Cindy’s tenacity during her illness, and her departure has left her family, friends, and community members deeply saddened. Cindy was well-known for her generosity, strength, and the close relationships she created with everyone in her vicinity.
Throughout the course of her more than a year-long fight with cervical cancer, she inspired many people. Many who knew her have been deeply saddened by her departure, and the community is rallying to help her family during this trying time.
Danyell Adams, Cindy’s daughter-in-law, has taken the initiative to start a GoFundMe campaign in order to assist with Cindy’s burial expenses. The community has already started to support the campaign, which was founded today, since it has raised $125 of its $10,000 target. Four kind contributors—Cody Harrell, Madi Thorkildson, and Stephen Lusk—have contributed.
Danyell stated that she would be extremely grateful for any help and that “anything would be greatly appreciated.” even though it’s only a portion. The family is hoping to meet their fundraising target so they can give Cindy the honorable farewell she deserves.
Many of Cindy’s friends and family have shared their memories and condolences on social media in the aftermath of her loss. Childhood friend Deanna Byrd posted a heartfelt remembrance on Facebook, stating, “So saddened to lose one of my childhood friends.” When we were younger, we were more like sisters.
