Crystal Sanderford Murder Suicide Vicksburg MS – A murder-suicide that appears to have been tied to domestic violence took place on Warriors Trail yesterday, September 4, according to the Warren County Sheriff, Martin Pace.
Two people were killed in the incident. It was this afternoon that their names were made public.
Following a complaint of a shooting that occurred on Wednesday at approximately 1:30 p.m., the Warren County Sheriff’s office was sent to the vicinity of 2500 Warriors Trail to investigate the incident.
Both Crystal Dawn Sanderford, 45, and Johnny Dill Jr., 53, were discovered dead at the scene of the accident. Sanderford was found to have had numerous gunshot wounds, but Dill Jr. was found to have only one gunshot wound to the head, as stated by the sheriff.
There was a weapon found at the scene of the crime. It does not appear that there is any other parties involved. An investigation is currently underway, and it appears that this is a murder-suicide that occurred within the context of a domestic relationship.
