Derek Hines Arvada CO, Death – Derek Hines, a beloved father and husband, sadly passed away. The sudden passing of Derek, who was well-liked in the Arvada community, has left the Hines family distraught.
The people prayed for Derek Hines’ family once it was established that he had passed away and social media reports were made public. Many people will always feel his absence when he passes away, leaving a void in their hearts.
Who was Derek Hines?
Born and raised in Arvada, Colorado, Derek Hines attended Arvada West High School. Derek was an outstanding collegiate baseball player before the Chicago Cubs took him in the minor league draft.
When his baseball career ended, he went back to his hometown to start Premier West, a youth baseball program. Over the years, he has instructed and mentored thousands of baseball players in Colorado, many of whom have gone on to accomplish great things. Derek also participated in professional long-drive tournaments and loved to play golf.
Derek was a loving father to Addi and Brody as well as a committed husband to Julie, the love of his life. He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Gloria; his brother, Jason, and his family; and his in-laws, Marlyce and Jerry, among a host of other relatives and friends.

Given that he was a true brother and friend, his loss is extremely terrible. Derek was a Cubs professional baseball player. He was revered as a human legend that lived. He liked to go to Slayer concerts with his friends and listen to loud music.
