She was announced dead through a social media publication by the Samuel J. Tilden High School Memorial Facebook Page in a statement that read “The loss of our dear friend and sister, Donna Hyman Tilden class of 1983 , leaves us speechless.
As we remember the good times at Tilden, it’s hard to find the words for the pain of losing you, our classmate Sleep in peace my friend , our condolences goes out to you family You will be truly missed Gone but never forgotten # 1983.”
What was Donna Hyman’s cause of death?
According to authorities, a mother and son stabbed each other in an apartment in Brooklyn on Friday, killing the woman and leaving the man fighting for his life. Gigi, the family’s poodle, was discovered by police on the sidewalk. Whether the dog fell out of the window or was thrown out has not yet been established. Police have determined that the woman is Donna Hyman, age 58. She lived in the flat where she was fatally stabbed, according to the police. Whether or not the son shared the residence with her is still unknown.
At approximately 7:00 p.m. on Friday, police responded to a call at 1500 Hornell Loop in Starrett City. When they arrived, they discovered that two individuals had sustained multiple torso stab wounds. At the scene, Hyman was pronounced deceased. The identity of Hyman’s 36-year-old son is still unknown. According to authorities, he is still in critical condition in the hospital. Investigations into the stabbing are still ongoing. There have been no takedowns.
