It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we regret to announce that Retired Williamsport Firefighter Doug Gipe has passed away. Doug was hired in 1991 and retired as an Engineer in 2019 putting in 27 years of dedicated service to the city of Williamsport. R.I.P. Brother
