Dr. Steven Geller of Columbia, Maryland, and the founder and medical director of Centennial Medical Group has sadly passed away. He was announced dead through a statement on social media that reads:
“Very, very sad news. Dr. Steven Geller, founder and medical director of Centennial Medical Group, passed away suddenly yesterday afternoon. Dr. Geller was my physician and friend for twenty years. He will be missed. A huge loss for Howard County.”
About Steven Geller
Dr. Steven A Geller was an Internist. He attended medical school at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and then completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. He was a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, and was board certified in Internal Medicine as well as a Certified Physician Investigator.
He has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for excellence in diabetes care and heart and stroke care for the period 2007 to 2010 and 2010 to 2013 and he was also a Past President of the Professional Staff of Howard County General Hospital.
His practice was limited to age 15 and older. Dr. Geller was with Primary Care Specialists from 1988 to 2000 and with Centennial Medical Group since 2000. Dr. Geller was the Medical Director for the Centennial Medical Group.
