Forsyth Murder-Suicide – A tragic incident of a father and son involved in a murder-suicide in Cumming, DeKalb County has left the community reeling with shock and sadness.

The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office responded to a heartbreaking scene on January 22nd, where 46-year-old Anthony Gennaro Persichetti was found deceased in his home on Jefferson Place. His ex-wife made the gruesome discovery after Anthony failed to report for work as usual.

The situation took a darker turn when it was revealed that Anthony shared the residence with their 24-year-old son, Anthony David Persichetti, who was unaccounted for.
