The Czech Republic native was renowned for his extraordinary physique, weighing over 348 pounds and standing six feet tall.
Golem earned the title of ‘the most monstrous’ bodybuilder, capable of bench pressing 272 kilograms (nearly 600 pounds) and deadlifting 317 kilograms (almost 700 pounds). To sustain his massive muscle mass and strength, he followed a rigorous 16,500-calorie diet, consuming seven nutrient-dense meals daily.
