Jason Stephens Bloomington IL Death – President of Stephens & Stull P.C. Jason Stephen of Bloomington, Illinois has sadly passed away. He died after a tragic accident on Wednesday 16th October 2024.
Jason Stephens, born in Vincennes, IN, to Kevin Stephens and Mitzi Hayden, lived a life marked by dedication to both his profession and his family.
From an early age, Jason demonstrated a drive for success that led him to attend Lincoln Community High School, where he built the foundation for his future achievements. His academic pursuits took him to Illinois State University, where he graduated and began his career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
As President of Stephens & Stull P.C., Jason brought a wealth of experience to the table, specializing in business accounting, consulting, and tax preparation. His expertise extended far beyond standard accounting services.
He provided a wide range of consulting solutions, helping clients with everything from business formation to accounting software selection and implementation, as well as training and support for accounting staff. Jason’s services also included payroll, sales tax, IRS representation, financial reporting, and assistance with securing financing all designed to help his clients thrive.
One of the unique aspects of Jason’s career was his offering of part-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) services. He understood that many small to medium-sized businesses couldn’t justify the expense of hiring a full-time CFO.
To address this need, Jason stepped in, providing his professional services on a part-time basis, ensuring that his clients had access to top-tier financial expertise without the burden of hiring full-time staff. Whether working alongside an in-house accounting team or offering his services independently, Jason’s goal was to deliver customized solutions to help businesses grow.
Outside of his work, Jason was a devoted family man. One of his greatest passions was spoiling his loved ones and creating cherished memories through family vacations, particularly trips to Florida. He believed in the importance of taking time to enjoy life’s moments and making sure his family was at the heart of everything he did. His generosity and love for his family were evident in every aspect of his life.
Jason Stephens will be remembered not only for his professional acumen but also for his deep commitment to his family and his joy in sharing life’s adventures with them.
