Jennifer Koue Death, Baltimore MD GoFundMe: Nurse at Birthwise Midwifery died in accident

Jennifer Koue Death – A Maryland woman has been identified as the victim who passed away in a deadly car accident on Tuesday. Jenny Koue died in the semi-truck crash that happened on November 12, 2024.

According to reports, the woman passed away in the incident that occurred on her way to work. Jennifer was a midwife at a well-known Maryland Midwifery.

Who Was Jennifer Koue?
Jennifer Koue was a beloved daughter, sister, niece, dedicated nurse, and student of the Midwifery Program at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College. She was a graduate of the Bethesda Chevy Chase High School.

“Jenn was a student at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College and began working with us at Birthwise Midwifery in January of this year. She quickly integrated into our practice and she and my senior student, Martie, became fast friends. She was a dedicated student who was such a shining light in our practice and had the sweetest tender touch with our clients’ newborns,” Deanna Kopf wrote on Facebook.

What Happened To Jennifer Koue?
On the morning of Tuesday, November 12, 2024, Jen was on her way to work when tragedy struck. She was involved in a collision with a semi-truck and, despite the efforts to save her, Jen passed away shortly after reaching the hospital. Her family, friends, and loved ones are still reeling from the sudden loss of such a vibrant and loving person.

the SWTC Midwifery community will be holding an open memorial in her honor, creating a space for reflection, support, and collective healing. As we come together, we remain committed to standing beside one another, offering strength and compassion as we navigate this painful loss. An online memorial will be held tomorrow, November 14th at 1pm CST and Monday, November 18th at 1pm CST for current students, graduates and faculty to attend in honor of Jennifer.
