Jody Allen Leazer Mooresville NC Obituary, 55-year-old beloved father has died on February 14
He was born on December 6, 1968, in Cabarrus County, N.C., to GW and Doris Hall Leazer. Jody was co-owner and operator of Mooresville Dragway for many years. He enjoyed farming, racing, working, and spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his parents, GW and Doris, he is survived by his wife, Wendy Bateman Leazer; children, Corey Leazer, Blake Leazer, and Austin Leazer; grandson, Jaxson Leazer; sister, Kathy Leazer Gillan; brother, Doug Leazer and wife Lisa; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 20, from 6 and 7 p.m. with a service following at 7 p.m. at the chapel of Cavin-Cook Funeral Home.
