John Mowl Death: Former Chairman of Moor Green Has Passed Away From Disease

John Mowl Death: John, who had been fighting Parkinson’s disease for a very long time and with a lot of bravery, passed away this week after a long and heroic battle.

John became a regular supporter of Solihull Borough after he served as Chairman of Moor Green from the late 1980s until 1991. He attended games at Solihull Borough to watch his son Nick play. John’s term as Chairman of Moor Green lasted from the late 1980s until 1991.

Until he became unable to attend games owing to illness, he remained a devoted supporter of the United Club. He continued to back the club with his whole support. In spite of this, he felt an overwhelming sense of pride when he seen the Moors play twice at Wembley Stadium through the course of the previous season.

Along with Richard Beale, he was instrumental in the development of the Nick Mowl Cup, which is an annual tournament that is hosted at the Moors and provides much-needed funds for the company Kaleidoscope, which is a charity that focuses on mental health. He was a driving force behind the establishment of the Solihull Moors Foundation, and he was also instrumental in the development of the Nick Mowl Cup.

As a gesture of respect, the players will be wearing black armbands throughout the match that will take place tomorrow against Barnet. Additionally, a message will be displayed on the scoreboard during the match. All of the club members would want to offer their most sincere sympathies to John’s family during this difficult time. Over the course of all time, he will be remembered with fondness at the Solihull Moors.

Feel free to leave a message of condolences and prayers for the family and friends of the deceased in the comments section as it will go a long way for them during this difficult time.
