Julien Walthour’s Death, Rochester Police Department Investigating a Homicide on the City’s North Side, Victim Identified
Updated, (January 1st, 2024): Police identified the victim as Julien Walthour, 28 a city resident. There are no suspects in custody.

The Rochester Police Department is investigating a homicide in the area of Bauman Street and Avenue D.
RPD responded there around 8:15 p.m. and found a man in his late 20s in a car stopped in the road.
Police determined that the male had been shot at least once in the torso. First aid was administered, but the victim died shortly after.
