Khaliunaa Mungunkhuu Car Accident – Authorities have identified the three individuals who tragically died in a fiery crash early Sunday morning in Glenview, a suburb north of Chicago.
The crash occurred around 4:30 a.m. near the intersection of West Lake Avenue and Pfingsten Road, according to the Glenview Police Department.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene to find a single vehicle engulfed in flames. All three occupants of the vehicle were pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials later identified the victims as 22-year-old Wesley Beitler of Aurora, 20-year-old Khaliunaa Mungunkhuu of Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, and 22-year-old Bryce Reinhard of Naperville.
The Glenview Police Traffic Unit, in collaboration with the North Regional Major Crimes Task Force Major Crash Assistance Team, is currently investigating the circumstances that led to the crash. Authorities have not yet determined what caused the vehicle to go off course or catch fire.

Bryce Stephen Reinhard, 22, of Aurora, Illinois, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, January 19, 2025. Born on March 1, 2002, in Naperville, Illinois, Bryce entered the world just eight minutes after his twin brother, Alex. He was the beloved son of Jeremy and Heather (McNeil) Reinhard.
Bryce is survived by his loving parents, Jeremy and Heather; his twin brother and best friend, Alex; his cherished sister, Kaitlyn; and his grandparents, Stephen and Jacqueline (Hervey) Reinhard, and Carole (Czubek) McNeil. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James McNeil.
A proud graduate of Waubonsie Valley High School in 2020, Bryce went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a minor in mathematics from the University of Iowa, graduating on December 22, 2024. He was embarking on a promising career as a computer programmer while also running a 3D printing business.
Bryce had a passion for the outdoors and an adventurous spirit. He loved playing soccer, hiking, and riding dirt bikes, ATVs, mountain bikes, and jet skis. Indoors, he enjoyed watching movies and shows, often handpicking what his family would watch together. His curiosity and creativity extended to problem-solving and fixing things for those around him.
Family vacations held a special place in Bryce’s heart, with fond memories of trips to Disney, Universal, New York, Montana, Japan, Miami, and a recent Caribbean cruise. Bryce’s loyalty to his friends and family was unmatched, and he shared an unbreakable bond with his twin brother, Alex, and a deep admiration for his younger sister, Kaitlyn.
Tragically, Bryce lost his life alongside one of his best friends, Wesley Beitler, in the same car accident. Wesley was not only a close friend to Bryce but also Alex’s college roommate at the University of Tennessee. The two shared countless adventures and memories, and their loss was deeply felt by their loved ones.
Bryce will always be remembered for his kindness, selflessness, and infectious sense of humor. His adventurous spirit and ability to bring joy to those around him leave an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew him. His family and friends are proud of the remarkable young man he was and will cherish the memories of his vibrant life.
Funeral Arrangements and visitation will be held from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home & Crematory – Historical Downtown Chapel, located at 516 S. Washington Street, Naperville, Illinois. A funeral service will follow at the same location on Monday, January 27, at 10:30 a.m.
Bryce’s presence brought light and laughter to everyone he touched, and his memory will forever live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
