Michael Escolas Oxford, MA man arrested after Plainville OUI crash that killed 10-year-old boy, who is he?

Michael Escolas Crime – A 10-year-old boy was killed in an OUI crash in Plainville, and Michael Escolas, 42, of Oxford, Massachusetts, has been taken into custody.

A family-owned Nissan Altima and an SUV that Escolas had stolen from Gillette Stadium’s parking lot were involved in the collision on Route 1. Escolas struck the Nissan while driving at a high speed on Route 1, injuring his mother, father, and three siblings in addition to killing the kid.

Three other cars at the intersection were involved in various degrees of crashes as a result of the crash at the red light at the intersection with Interstate 495. Those automobiles’ occupants escaped unharmed.

Escolas was eventually taken into custody, and on Monday, he is scheduled to appear in Wrentham District Court to be charged with motor vehicle manslaughter—open-ended use of a vehicle—larceny of a motor vehicle, and related offenses.

After being arrested, he apologized profusely to the media. My boy is ten years old as well.
