Mya Teesdale Cheshire CT Death – Cheshire High School student Mya Teesdale has passed away unexpectedly.
It is believed that she committed suicide. The generosity, humor, and energy of the 16-year-old were claimed to have left an indelible mark on the lives of a great number of people.
On Thursday, all activities that were scheduled to take place at Cheshire High School were canceled. All of the activities that were scheduled to take place at the secondary school on August 22 have been eliminated, according to a statement that was released by the principal.
Counseling services are available in the school library from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday. School administrators are recommending students to talk with adults or counseling services during those times.
Students are encouraged to speak with an adult if they have any questions or concerns. The district also shared the following online resources:
