Paul Schaefer New Jersey Obituary – The Northern Highlands Regional High School community is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Paul Schaefer, a long-time custodian and cherished member of the school staff.

Paul’s passing has left a void in the hearts of all who knew him, but his legacy will undoubtedly continue to inspire those he touched during his 18 years of service.

Paul was not just a custodian; he was a friend, a mentor, and a calming presence in the hallways. His genuine kindness and dedication to his work made him a standout figure at the school.

Whether it was lending his expertise to solve a problem or simply offering a friendly word to brighten someone’s day, Paul was always there when you needed him.

An avid lover of Classic Rock, Paul’s love for music often filled the air as he worked tirelessly to maintain the school’s facilities. His other passion was fishing, and he was a valued member of the NH Fishing Club, often participating in group trips that allowed him to share his love for the outdoors with fellow enthusiasts.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the school community, Paul was named Educational Support Professional of the Year for the 2010-2011 school year. This award, chosen by his colleagues, was a testament to his hard work, enthusiasm, and positive impact on everyone around him.
