Percy Carter Missing – The kid went missing on Friday while playing outside a family home in Independence, Kentucky.
The Kenton County Police Department is asking for assistance in finding her. Following reports of a missing youngster, concerned citizens and law enforcement authorities began a search.
About an hour after her family claimed she was outdoors having fun with her siblings, Percy Carter, the daughter of Tiffani Nichol Carter, was reported missing. The Kenton County Police Department received a report of a missing kid at 55 Wayman Dr. Percy’s mother claims that her son will never leave the house without telling someone.
“We have been looking everywhere for Percy since she vanished from my yard about an hour ago. It was hardly five minutes after she left with me, the neighbor, and our children to begin our hunt.
There is no way we can locate her. Right now, I’m so freaking afraid. Anyone in the Independence area, please, please, please keep a look out for my girl! She was dressed in dark teal shorts that had gotten a touch wet from playing in the water and a black tank top.
A “random white pickup truck with an unidentified man inside that came down the road and then went back up a little bit later, within the time she got out of our site,” according to the concerned mother, who says she thinks her daughter may be a victim of abduction.
