Ray Tuck Obituary, Death – A prominent alumni, N. Ray Tuck Jr., DC, died away in [Year of Passing]. The National University of Health Sciences extends its condolences to his family and friends. Beyond his academic achievements, Dr. Tuck has made significant contributions to chiropractic medicine.

A highly esteemed alumnus of the National University of Health Sciences, Dr. Tuck was a trailblazer in chiropractic therapy (1997). His steadfast dedication to promoting chiropractic and expanding access to healthcare earned him the 2019 Chiropractor of the Year award from the American Chiropractic Association.

The National University of Health Sciences named Dr. Tuck Alumnus of the Year in 2019. He had previously served as president of the American College of Addiction Medicine (ACA). In 2011, Tuck Chiropractic Clinic was named by the Virginia Chamber of Commerce as one of the top 50 growing and expanding businesses in the state of Virginia. In acknowledgment of his significant contributions to the field, the institution bestowed this distinction onto him.

The accessibility of chiropractic care in rural Southwest Virginia was greatly expanded by Dr. Tuck. After inheriting two practices from his father, he opened eight clinics in 2002. As Tuck Chiropractic Clinic grew in prominence, Dr. Tuck rose to prominence in the local healthcare community.

As stated by Joseph Stiefel, President of the National University of Higher Education: “Dr. Tuck’s accomplishments serve as an inspiration to current and future generations of students.” There is complete chaos inside the institution’s community.

In addition to his many accolades, Dr. Tuck will go down in history as a shining example of the values held and promoted by the National University of Health Sciences. Friends and family of Dr. N. Ray Tuck Jr. have our deepest sympathies here at NUHS. His innovative leadership, chiropractic medical accomplishments, and dedication to increasing treatment availability will be much cherished.
