RCC Student Suicide: The Riverside Community College District is mourning the death of a student who lost their battle with mental illness. The Pomona, CA community lost a teenage resident on Wednesday to suicide.
According to reports, a student at Riverside City College at 4800 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA was found dead from an apparent suicide on Wednesday, October 23, 2024. According to authorities, the teen was identified as a student of RCC.

Western Kentucky University Police Department is investigating a student death at Parking Structure 3. A student took their own life at the university’s parking structure 3 on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.
According to WKUPD Chief Mitch Walker, the WKU Police Department is currently conducting an investigation into the mortality of a student that transpired at Parking Structure 3 on Wednesday.
“Today, we lost a valuable member of the WKU family,” WKUPD said in a statement to the Herald. “We extend our deepest condolences to … family loved ones, and friends.
