Ross Brezovsky Death: State Farm Agent and former LSU baseball director of operations died from cancer

Ross Brezovsky Death – The owner of Ross Brezovsky – State Farm Agent (local State Farm Agency) located in Montgomery, TX has tragically died.

Ross was the former LSU baseball director of operations from 2008-13. The father of two was pronounced dead following a long heroic battle with cancer on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.

The 39-year-old passed away unexpectedly leaving his wife Kimberly Brezovsky devastated. The tragic death news was confirmed by LSU; “Ross Brezovsky, LSU baseball’s director of operations from 2008 to 2013, died following a four-year battle with cancer, LSU confirmed Wednesday.

He was 39. Brezovsky helped the Tigers win a national championship in 2009. Before joining coach Paul Mainieri’s staff in 2008, he played for Mainieri at Notre Dame from 2005 to 2006 as part of a four-year tenure there.”

Brezovsky hit 11 home runs and.289 batting average in 220 games for Notre Dame. He also went to Barron Collier High in Naples, Florida. Brezovsky also helped lead LSU to SEC crowns in 2009 and 2012, a trip to the College World Series in 2013, and three SEC Tournament titles.

Berezovsky worked at LSU under head coach Paul Mainieri, where he helped the Tigers win the 2009 College World Series National Championship, the 2009 and 2012 SEC Championships, a 2013 CWS berth, and three SEC Tournament titles.

Brezovsky played four years as a starter infielder and outfielder at Notre Dame, including two seasons (2005-06) under Mainieri. From 2005 to 2008, he started 220 games for the Irish, finishing with a career batting average of.289, 39 doubles, eight triples, 11 home runs, 130 RBI, and 138 runs.

Brezovsky attended Barron Collier High School in Naples, Fla., and graduated from Notre Dame with degrees in economics and computer applications in May 2008. In August 2008, Mainieri hired him as LSU’s operations director.
