Rowan Dean Kemptville Death: A 16-year-old teenager passed away tragically yesterday after an accident. Rowan Dean died after slumbering during a race, according to his parents, Sandra and Rob Dean.
The unexpected event happened on Sunday, September 29, 2024. “Our beloved Rowan,16, passed away suddenly yesterday while running. He was so much fun and brought joy to everyone who met him. Love you Row.
As most of you have already heard, our beautiful son Rowan passed away last night while doing what he loved the most, a training run. We appreciate all the hard work the first responders did, over 2 hours worth to revive him, but unfortunately, they were unable to. RIP Rowan, we will always love you and will miss you forever!

Rowan was the kind of kid every coach dreams of. Asking for feedback, listening, trying to improve with every shift/run, he was a such a respectful kid as well.
