Sandra Ganse Lancaster Township Death, Obituary: 77-year-old woman died after accident in Lancaster County
One person is dead after a one-vehicle accident that occurred around 6:57 p.m. on Saturday on the 1st block of Roosevelt Blvd. in Manheim Township Lancaster County.
Police state that a woman, later identified as 77-year-old Sandra Ganse of Lancaster Township, was pronounced dead by the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office after emergency responders arrived at the scene.
An investigation was conducted by police who say that the accident in which Ganse lost control, drove off the road, struck a curb, and fell around six feet down an embankment.
Ganse was transported to the Lancaster County Forensic Center for further investigation.
The investigation is still ongoing and anyone with information may reach out to the Manheim Township Police Department and contact lead investigator Corporal Swigart.
