Sarah Goodall Dubuque IA Accident, Miles Goodall injured and airlifted after accident on Monday

Sarah Goodall Dubuque IA Accident – On Monday around 3:17 PM, there was a major accident involving two cars at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and the Northwest Arterial.

The Dubuque Police and Fire Departments were called to the scene. A white car driven by Tamara Hultquist, 65, of Muscatine was involved in the accident.

She was going east on Pennsylvania Avenue. A 33-year-old Dubuque woman named Jayme Hulsey was driving a black car westbound and trying to make a left turn onto the Northwest Arterial. The traffic lights were yellow when both cars entered the crossing.

A 5-year-old passenger in Hultquist’s car was found to not be properly buckled in the back seat, which caused major injuries during the crash. The child was first taken to Finley Hospital by Dubuque Fire. Later, the child was flown to the University of Iowa Hospital for more care. It was found that Hulsey was impaired at the time of the crash.

She is now facing charges of Driving While Drunk, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and several traffic law crimes. The crash is still being looked into by the authorities, which shows how important it is to have proper child safety measures in cars and how dangerous it is to drive while impaired.
