South Norfolk Jordan Bridge Suicide – Officers from the Chesapeake Police Department are looking into a suicide that happened on the Jordan Bridge.
Officers were called to the Jordan Bridge on Sunday at around 8:41 p.m., stating that someone had leaped off the structure. Officers found the woman and pulled her out of the water when they arrived. After being taken by ambulance, the hospital declared her dead. The dead was a female adult. The issue is still being looked into.
