Based in Oakland, California, Vincent has extensive knowledge of not only the many locations for iconic landscape images throughout the Oakland and San Francisco Bay Area but also of the weather patterns and the seasonal light at those sites.
He was a legend in the Bay Area photography community, a true visionary who inspired so many through his incredible talents. He was a native of the Bronx, New York, and was in an open relationship with Melissa Lucas, according to his social media profile.
