Alec Charleston Daeth: a cherished husband, loving father, and passionate Bo’ness United supporter, has sadly passed away at Ivybank Nursing Home on September 17, 2024, at the age of 80.
Known for his unwavering loyalty to the club, Alec traveled to both home and away games, sharing his enthusiasm and love for football with friends and family.
He was a fixture in the stands, celebrating victories and supporting the team through challenging times. Alec’s commitment extended beyond football; he was a devoted family man, always prioritizing his loved ones. His warmth, kindness, and dedication will be deeply missed by all who knew him. It is with great sadness we hear of the passing of Alec Charleston, who passed away peacefully at Ivybank Nursing Home on 17th September 2024, aged 80 years. Alec was a Bo’ness United faithful travelling to home and away games.
His funeral service will be held at Falkirk Crematorium on Tuesday 1st October at 1pm, to which all family and friends are welcome to attend. Our thought’s are with all of Alec’s family and friends at this difficult time.
