Beverly Greenawalt Obituary, Death – On February 10, 2024, beloved Rimersburg resident Beverly A. (Myers) Greenawalt died peacefully at Shippenville Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Beverly left a lifetime of love as a wife, mother, and grandmother. She was strongly rooted in her neighborhood and left many personal memories. Beverly Myers, born in Sligo, Ireland, on March 25, 1939, was ambitious.

Her parents were Ivan D. and Beatrice C. (Kammerdeiner) Myers. She became deeply established in Clarion County and embraced her roots by living there her whole life.

  • Beverly works with extraordinary variety. She was an Avon saleswoman and Bud’s Market employee in Rimersburg. She worked as a licensed nursing assistant at Golden Living and Clarview in Sligo and Shippenville because she was kind. Her recent work and hospitality at the Sligo Recreation Center made her popular.

    Beverly enjoyed experimenting with many art genres in her free time. As a talented artist, appliquer, and creator, she shaped art history. Her friends will remember her homemade gifts the most.

    Beverly regularly attended Baker Street Church of God prayer meetings for 46 years. Her longtime religious and fraternal membership brought her close to her neighbors. She loved traveling and spending time with family and friends.

    Beverly leaves many loved ones, including her three children, Terry Lynne (Terry Lee) Kerr, Laurie S. (Brian) Holler, and Karen (John) Rankin. She leaves six granddaughters, step-grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. James, Paul, and Steven Greenawalt, as well as her brother-in-law Jeanne, will always admire her. Beverly A. (Myers) Greenawalt was a beautiful person who transformed the world; therefore, neighbors adore her.
